Don’t go for the Emily Skye Workout until you know the truth about it. Before you make your move make sure that you read my review. I am here to save your money and here is why I am saying that.

 Hello ladies, my name is Sofi and I am a single parent. I have two children.

It’s been almost 8 months when their father and I got separated. Their father chose to take off with one of my best friends and that had put me into severe depression due to which I gained a lot of weight.

I never had any weight issues before until I gave my first childbirth.

But you see when life seems to go all wrong food seems to be the only right thing for you. It is during the worst phase of my life that I put on those extra pounds.

A time came in my life when I realized that I need to hold my life together and bring everything back on track. This is when I decided to do something about the extra weight that I had put on.

This is the reason why I turned to Google looking for the best workout program so that I could shed those extra pounds that I had gained. I wanted to get in shape again.

This is when I came across this workout program known as the Emily Skye Workouts on Instagram. I was browsing through all different pages when I came across this workout program. It seemed to me like a website which contained all sorts of different kinds of fitness programs.

The girl Emily definitely seemed to have a great figure and anybody would like to have such a great shape including me. I wanted to have a figure like her. Emily is a personal trainer from Australia and she seemed to know what she was doing.

I went through her website thoroughly and was very much impressed. This is when I thought to myself that why not get the Emily Fit Guide bundle for myself and then I did get it. Well, that was the biggest mistake that I could have made.

I should have read some of the Emily Skye Fit Reviews before just randomly deciding to buy it. Well, there was my mistake. I didn’t do my research right and neither did I read any of the reviews.

After I downloaded the Emily Skye fitness program from the net I was kind of disappointed right from the beginning.

The fitness program is just a bunch of PDF eBook guide after all.

Anybody would expect to get a lot more for the price they have paid. I paid a lot of money after this fitness program which was not up to my expectations.

However, I still gave it a go considering that I had spent a lot of money after it. But I gave up just after 6 days.

It was a great waste of money for me.

The Emily Skye Meal Plan = Unrealism


 The Emily Skye diet and meal plan are so unrealistic that it is almost impossible for anyone to follow it. I would say that there is nothing special about it.

The groceries are expensive and on top of that, it is time-consuming. I had to spend around $300 a week.

Also, the meal plan is not at all family friendly.

I want to set a good example for my kids and teach them to eat a healthy diet but Emily Skye’s meal plan is definitely not what I want to teach my kids.

In short, it is a big waste of both time and money.

Emily Skye Workouts Guide

The workouts are still okay but there is nothing new or special in it. You have probably seen all of this before.

There is a total of 80 exercises and Emily claims that you can do all of them at home but let me tell you the truth, you can’t. You need to go to the gym if you want to follow the exercises.

This is again very disappointing for me, honestly.

Emily Skye Alternative

After trying out Emily Skye I was totally hopeless. But thankfully my friend came to my rescue who suggested me a great workout program.

My friend had lost 14 kgs in 6 weeks by following the Bikini Body Workouts by Jen Ferruggia.

UPDATE : 6 Weeks Progress After Following Bikini Body Workouts

Hello again.

Here I have shared the progress that I made in the last 6 weeks by following the Bikini Body workouts.

It’s been only 6 weeks and I am already so close to my weight goal.

All I need is to lose more 4 pounds and I will be done.

Within a span of 2 weeks, I started to notice a drop in my weight and workouts started to get easier. Now I am all addicted to it and also the diet is easy to follow.

This fitness program really works and I would recommend it to everyone.

Nowadays, I feel more confident and energetic. I wake up every morning with a smile on my face.

Once the 12 weeks are over I will post again.
